This post modern boutique condominium was designed by Traboscia Roiatti Architects and built by Broadway Partners LLC in 2006. Designed to fit in with the historic architecture, the building runs through the block between Spring and Broome Streets from 72 Mercer Street to 501 Broadway. The building has 7 stories on the Mercer Street side and six stories on Broadway with an approximately 50 foot long courtyard in the interior. The building contains 8 apartments which are very spacious 2-3 bedroom units. Every unit has gas burning fireplaces and outdoor space.
